Shipping + Orders

How fast is shipping?

Orders are dispatched using USPS Ground Advantage. Subsequently, they are expected to arrive within 2 to 5 business days within the US. Please allow an additional 2 business days for me to pack the artwork and complete the shipment.For Europe, these delays might be extended.

Where's my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

I've got a problem with my order, what do I do?

Oh no! Please send me a message along with your order number via email [contact@mathieunozieres.com] and I'll help you through there. 

Do you ship in my country?

At the moment, I am only shipping within the US and select parts of Europe.

Will the prints I purchase be signed?

Some print drops are unsigned, while others bear a signature (limited edition). Please read the description carefully before making a purchase!

Why didn't you reply to my social media comment/message/e-mail?

I am terribly sorry but due to the contiunal amount of messages and comments I receive, it is not possible for me to read and respond to all of them. However, I try my best. Does Mathieu Nozieres accept personal commissions?
